Coach Juan Leon
I'm a proud graduate of Elsik High School, where I honed my skills on the diamond. My journey led me to earn a scholarship to play at Texas College, where I furthered my love for the game. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to training and nurturing young talent in our community, working with players from 9U to high school levels. My coaching philosophy centers around mastering the fundamentals through constant repetition, while also integrating strength and conditioning techniques to build
Joel has had a baseball in his hand since before he could walk. A graduate of Rochelle High School, Joel’s passion for the game extended into a men’s travel league, where his talents earned him invitations to work out and tryout with two MLB organizations. He played competitively into his late 20s until an injury ended his playing career. Beyond baseball, Joel has also been recognized multiple times on the All-Illinois and All-National slow-pitch softball teams as an infielder.
